Home Warranty

We know there are many choices when it comes to buying a home, and we truly appreciate the commitment you make to us when you buy a Signature Home. We also realize that commitment is a two-way street. That is why we are committed to making sure you love your home well after the day you close. There is a lot to keep track of when building a new home, and now and then, some touch-ups are needed. Signature Homes provides emergency service should something unexpected come up.

    For emergency or after-hours service, call the number below! The emergency number is for both Birmingham and Nashville.

    Emergencies are Considered:

    • Total loss of heat during winter months (October - May)
    • No working AC in the entire home (May - October)
    • Total loss of electricity
    • Total loss of water or plumbing leak that requires water to be shut off to your home
    • Roof leak
    • Gas leak (Report to your local gas company first if you suspect a gas leak!)
