The first step will be finding the community and the floor plan that is right for you and your family. Visit our communities page to find your desired area. Our floor plans are displayed on each community’s website. Contact one of our agents, and they will get you started!
Building time varies depending on the size of your home. At the time of the contract, your sales agent will give you a window of when you can expect to close. This estimation gets more specific when you visit your lot for your frame walk.
We do not build custom homes, but each of our floor plans has multiple structural options to make your home special and unique to your needs. We build planned communities and do not build on land outside of our developments.
We do! In each community, our talented group of designers has curated and planned Designer Homes. These homes are beautiful, trend-setting, and timeless. Contact our agents to check for availability in your desired community.
After you have signed your contract, you will meet your designer for your design appointment. They will guide you through each room of your home— helping you pick your finishes, interior lighting, and any additional treatments you would like in your home. Your designer can run with your ideas or assist you in making your home perfect.

Signature Homes offers structural and design upgrades beyond your included luxury finishes. These options and their cost vary by each community. These additional options and upgrades may include, but are not limited to: your home site premium, structural options, and finish options. Our sales agents are there to answer any additional questions about these offerings. All of our design catalogs are available for download on each community website.
Your designer and Customer Experience Specialist will be your main point of contact. They will keep you updated and send frequent updates with photos throughout your build. After you have completed frame review, you will have bi-weekly phone calls with your builder. This allows you to ask questions and have direct communication with your builder.
Once finished, all of our homes are serviced by a local HOA and management company. They work hard to ensure your community stays pristine and enforce your community guidelines. Our sales agents can let you know what your HOA fees will be in your desired community.
