For homeowners who live in Primrose, or the Lofts at Primrose, you will gain access to the right-hand wing. This section of the amenity building is dedicated exclusively to our 55+ homeowners. This wing will feature social space, cafe, fitness center, golf simulator, and more. When you step outside, there are two additional pickleball courts for residents who are 55+. And the best part is that this is all in addition to the community wing. There is no shortage of places to come together and spend time with your friends.  

At the heart of all these wonderful amenities is your dedicated Activities Concierge. Meredith Haughton will serve as your personal connection to your neighbors and a vibrant, stress-free social calendar. From spirited sports-themed events during March Madness and competitive Trivia Nights, to the more relaxed pace of Garden Club, Book Club, or Meet Your Neighbors, there are endless opportunities at Primrose to engage with one another. Whether you're looking to join game nights or have a passion of your own to share, Meredith is here to help. She can provide support if you would like to lead your own club or class. Homeowners will enjoy access to Meredith, her help, and her events until the last home in Primrose is closed. When you live in Primrose at Everlee, you are stepping into a lifestyle where your social life is as active as you are. 

Within the Primrose neighborhood of Everlee lies The Retreat. This amenity building is only for homeowners who live in Primrose or the Lofts at Primrose. This clubhouse includes garden plots available for rent, fire pits, fitness center, and additional social space for all Primrose clubs and activities. We are so excited to be preparing for the grand opening of this space. The Retreat will be completed in 2026, and we cannot wait to show it off to our homeowners.
